Will using dynamic pages harm my rankings?

If the pages are in .php or .asp extensions they wont harm your ranking. Spiders find very diffecult to crawl by link having querystrings e.g., "test.asp?param1=yes¶m2=no", such url might get droped by spiders for crawling. It is better to crate straightforward .php or .asp links.
