Our Comprehensive Search Engine Optimzation Analysis  Reports custom made for your website are designed to evaluate the current format of your website and prepare detailed strategies for increasing the volume and relevancy of traffic. The report presents a bespoke solution to optimising your site through the use of customised source code and easy to understand tutorials. Essentially we create all the prerequisites necessary to optimise your site leaving you to implement them yourself. This enables us to keep our consultancy costs to a minimum and you to learn key skills in the process.
 
What is Included in the Report...
The standard report allows you to select a minimum of 5 web pages from your site that you would like us to develop in detail. Ideally you should pick the pages that display your key products or service, don't worry if your not clear which pages to pick at this stage as we will review your site before carrying out any work and advise you on the best approach. The report will be posted to your delivery address on completion and will include the following information:

• A guide to understanding your report. With the aid of additional resources this document walks you through the process of optimising your pages and helps you understand some common terms.
• Site overview, including your link popularity, listings and Google ranking.
• Page Analysis, this section presents the raw data extracted from each of the 5 selected pages within your site. The data includes a keywords density analysis, a review of your current meta tags and research on effective keywords. 
• Suggested HTML code, based on our finding from the previous research we generate a new set of meta tags that can be pasted into your page. We also provide a guide to completing this operation.
• Optimisation Strategy. This is a specialised report on exactly what you need to do to complete the optimisation of each page. Due to the nature of SEO each strategy is usually unique. Where appropriate we may also provide general advice on how you can optimise your site as a whole.
• Linking Strategy. A tried and tested strategy to improving your websites link popularity and PageRank. 
• 10 tips for ranking high in Google & Yahoo.
